Bearing of the leading shaft
Check smoothness of rotation of the bearing and replace it if the aberration takes place.

Measure distance between a head of a rivet and a surface of a frictional slip. If the measured distance is close to extreme value in any of rivet openings 2, replace the conducted clutch plate 1 assembled (fig. 3.29)
Distance from a rivet head to a working surface of a disk
Nominal rate: 1,3–1,9 mm.
Extreme value: 0,5 mm.
Check a diaphragm spring for wear and existence of damages.
Check press a disk for existence of spots of wear or traces of an overheat.
If defects are found, replace a coupling casing assembled.
Do not sort a coupling casing.
Check a working surface for existence of spots of wear or traces of an overheat. Replace or repair if it is required.
