7.4.1. Check of the fuel level sensor

Check resistance between conclusions of "a" and "b" of the fuel level sensor changing the provision of a float.

Check resistance between conclusions of "a" and "b" at each provision of a float. If the measured value differs from norm, replace the fuel pump (fig. 7.58).

Be convinced of serviceability of the index of level of fuel before whose to start search of the following possible causes of defect.

The control lamp of a reserve of fuel lights up when the level of fuel becomes insufficient.
