7.3.2. Check of the electric motor of a screen wiper

NOTE
Make sure that tension of the rechargeable battery makes not less than 12 Century.

Operation of the engine at a small speed
Connect a positive conclusion of the rechargeable battery to a conclusion of "L", and a negative conclusion of the rechargeable battery to a conclusion of "E".
Check whether there corresponds the frequency of rotation of the electric motor to the values provided below. If the result of check differs from specified, replace the electric motor.

Operation of the engine with high speed
Connect a positive conclusion of the rechargeable battery to a conclusion of "H", and a negative conclusion to a conclusion of "E".
Check whether there corresponds the frequency of rotation of the electric motor to the values provided below. If the result of check differs from specified, replace the electric motor.
Characteristics: 64–78 min.-1.
Operation of the automatic limiter of movement
Connect a positive conclusion of the rechargeable battery to a conclusion of "L", and a negative conclusion to a conclusion of "E" and turn on the engine.

Disconnect a conclusion of "L" from a positive conclusion of the rechargeable battery and let's the engine stop (fig. 7.48). Connect conclusions of "L" and "S" a crossing point, and connect a conclusion of "B" to a positive conclusion of the rechargeable battery. Pay attention that the engine does one more turn, and then stops in a standard position (fig. 7.48). Repeat operations the pregoing operations several times and check whether the electric motor in every time a standard position stops. If result of check not satisfactory, replace the electric motor.
