7.2.7. Removal and installation of a combination of devices

Disconnect a wire from a negative conclusion of the rechargeable battery.

Disconnect system of passive safety.

Remove a cap of a steering column.

Disconnect the lower shaft of steering.

Remove a ware box 1 and the lever of opening of a cowl of 2 (fig. 7.29).

To remove the console.

To remove the lower facings of a combination of devices 1 (fig. 7.30).

To remove facings of a forward rack 1, the lower overlays of a forward rack 2, forward overlays of thresholds 3 and side overlays of a guard of a front of 4 (fig. 7.31).

Disconnect sockets of a plait of a combination of devices and a cable of the antenna which has to be disconnected for removal for a combination of devices.

Remove the grounding wire of a combination of devices.

Turn off bolts of fastening of a combination of devices 1.

Remove a combination of devices 2 with a steering column and a cross-piece 3 and a plait of a combination of devices (fig. 7.32).

Installation is made as it should be, the return to removal, except for the following.

At installation you watch clamping cables or a plait of wires between details.

Tighten bolts of fastening of a cross-piece the nominal force of an inhaling

Moment of an inhaling of bolts of a cross-piece of steering (a): 23 N · m.

Establish the lower shaft of steering.

Include system of passive safety.
