Removal
Disconnect a wire from a negative conclusion of the rechargeable battery.

ATTENTION
To avoid risk of receiving burns, do not touch system of release until it cooled down. Service of system of release has to be carried out only after the system cools down.

Disconnect the socket of the sensor of concentration of oxygen with heating 1 (if is available) and disconnect it from fastening.

Uncover a final collector of 2 (fig. 2.266).
Remove the amplifier of a final collector 1.

Disconnect an exhaust pipe No. 1 2 from a final collector (fig. 2.267).

Remove a final collector 1 with laying from a head of the block of cylinders (fig. 2.268).

Installation

Establish new laying on a head of the block of cylinders. Then establish a final collector. Tighten bolts and nuts of fastening of a collector the nominal force of an inhaling.
Moment of an inhaling of a bolt and nut of a final collector (a): 50 N · m.
Establish new laying and attach an exhaust pipe No. 1 1 to a final collector (fig. 2.267).
Delay fastening of a pipe the nominal force of an inhaling.
Moment of an inhaling of a bolt of an exhaust pipe No. 1 (a): 55 N · m.
Establish the amplifier of a final collector 2.
Tighten bolts of fastening of the amplifier of a final collector the nominal force of an inhaling.
Moment of an inhaling of a bolt of the amplifier of a final collector (b): 55 N · m.
Establish a cover of a final collector of 2 (fig. 2.266).
Connect the socket of the sensor of concentration of oxygen with heating 1 and reliably fix the socket in an arm (if is available) (fig. 2.266).
Connect a wire to a negative conclusion of the rechargeable battery.
Check system of release for leaks.
