Removal

Raskontrite a drive 2 nut, then turn off a nut and remove a washer of 1 (fig. 3.155).
Remove a wheel and merge oil from back differential.
Lift the car.

Turn off a bolt of fastening of a cable of the parking brake system 1, external bolts of the lever of a suspension bracket 2 and a bolt of the lever 3 (fig. 3.156).

Install the collar which was in the use 2 on the internal hinge 1 and take out the drive from the case of back differential by means of mount of 3 (fig. 3.157).
Remove the drive.

Installation
Install the drive in the sequence, the return to removal, considering the following.
Use a new nut of a power shaft 1.

Inhaling moment
External bolt of the lever of a back suspension bracket (a): 90 N · m.
Back bolt of the lever of a back suspension bracket (b): 90 N · m.
Nut of a power shaft (c): 175 N · m.
Clear an epiploon of the bearing of a back wheel, then apply jellied lubricant. Replace if it is required.
Apply sealant on a carving part of a drain stopper of back differential.
Fill back differential with oil.

ATTENTION
Protect epiploons and covers from damages, preventing their contact with suspension bracket elements at installation of a power shaft.

You do not strike blows to a cover with the hammer. Installation of the hinge has to be made only by hands.
Make sure that the internal hinge is installed correctly and its lock ring is in the place.
