Remove a forward wing.

Disconnect all sockets of a plait of wires of a door.

Remove a sealant of an aperture of a forward door.

Remove the limiter of opening of a door of 1 (fig. 8.6).

Prop up a door 1 jack 2 with laying from rags 3 and wooden whetstone 4 between a jack 2 and a door of 1 (fig. 8.7).

Remove a door 1 having weakened bolts of fastening of the hinge 2 (fig. 8.8).

Installation is made as it should be, the return to removal, taking into account the following.

When replacing cover a new door with wax for ensuring anticorrosive protection from within.

Apply sealant on the surfaces of contact of "A" of the hinge 1 and jellied lubricant on the rotating parts of "B" of the hinge 1 (fig. 8.9).

At installation of the limiter of opening of a door 1 make sure that the tag 2 is turned (fig. 8.10) up.

Direction of installation of the limiter of opening of a door: Left door: tag of L. Right door: tag of R (fig. 8.10).

Tighten a bolt of the limiter of opening of a door the 3rd nominal force of an inhaling (fig. 8.10).

Moment of an inhaling of bolts of the limiter of opening of a door (a): 28 N · m.

Establish a sealant by a convex part to a door and reliably fix (fig. 8.11).

Adjust the provision of a clamp of the lock of a door.

Adjust the buffer of a forward door so that the door settled down aflush with a side surface of a body.

After installation open and close a door for check of reliability of fastening.
