ATTENTION At removal of the torsion be careful.

Remove a cable of the lock of a trunk lid and a plait of wires of the luggage compartment from the panel of a trunk lid of 1 (fig. 8.19).

Turn off bolts of fastening of a trunk lid 2 and remove a trunk lid (fig. 8.19).

NOTE Handle with the removed trunk lid with care. The inaccurate address with a trunk lid can become the reason of damage of a body or a trauma.

Remove a side overlay of the luggage compartment.

Remove torsions 1 (fig. 8.20).

Put a back of back sitting.

Remove the top additional signal of braking (if is available) (fig. 8.21).

Remove fastening of a belt 1 and a cover of a back central seat belt, then remove facing (fig. 8.22).

Turn off bolts of fastening 1 and remove hinges of a trunk lid (fig. 8.23).

Installation is made as it should be, the return to removal, taking into account the following.

a. Open and hold a trunk lid.

b. The torsion (A) differs from the torsion (B) in a form of the end 1.

page. Establish the end of 1 torsion in an opening of the side panel 3, and the end 2 in a groove of the side panel of the right hinge (fig. 8.24).

d. Establish the end 1 in an opening of the side panel 3, and the end 2 in a groove of the side panel of the left hinge (fig. 8.24).

Adjust the provision of a trunk lid in an aperture weakening of bolts of fastening of a trunk lid of 2 (fig. 8.25). Adjust a clamp of the lock of a trunk lid 1 so that the lock clamp shaft approximately coincided with the center of a groove of the lock of a trunk lid (fig. 8.25).

Cowl clamp bolts: 10 N · m

Bolt of the limiter of opening of a door: 28 N · m.
