Remove finishing of a door of a back.

Remove a back part of an internal upholstery of a roof and back facings.

Disconnect sockets of a plait of a door of a back 1 and a hose of a washer of 2 (fig. 8.14).

Remove stabilizers of a door of a back of 3 (fig. 8.14).

Turn off nuts of loops of a door 4 and remove a door of a back of 5 (fig. 8.14).

Handle with the stabilizer with care. Do not allow damage of a surface of a rod of the piston, and also hit on it of paint or oil.

Do not rotate a piston rod if he is completely nominated.

Do not disassemble the stabilizer 1 because its cylinder is filled with gas.

Gas which filled the stabilizer does not constitute danger, but when drilling an opening in the cylinder it can leave an opening with high speed taking out with itself(himself) the metal shaving which is formed during the work of a drill of 2 (fig. 8.15). Therefore always put on goggles.

Before utilization, using a drill with a diameter of 2-3 mm, make by means of a drill the 2nd opening for removal of gas of the stabilizer cylinder.

Installation is made as it should be, the return to removal, taking into account the following.

Fix a plait of wires (fig. 8.16).

Adjust the provision of a clamp of the lock of a door.

Adjust a door emphasis so that the door was aflush with a body in the closed state.

Apply sealant on the surfaces of contact of "A" of a door loop 1 and jellied lubricant on the rotating parts of "B" of the hinge 1 (fig. 8.17).
