Removal
Lift the car
|
ATTENTION
To avoid risk of receiving burns, begin work only after the system of release cools down.
|
Turn off nuts of racks of the stabilizer. At a nut otvorachivaniye, hold a rack a wrench.

Disconnect stabilizer racks from a bar of the stabilizer of cross stability (fig. 4.77). Remove arms of fastening of a bar of the stabilizer of cross stability.
Remove a bar of the stabilizer of cross stability.
Installation
Collect all details as it should be, the return to removal.

Having combined tags 2 on a bar of the stabilizer of cross stability and the face surface of the plug 1, tighten bolts of an arm of fastening by the nominal force of an inhaling (fig. 4.78).

NOTE
If the tag is absent, combine the center of a bar of the stabilizer of cross stability with the center of the car.
|
Lower the car.
Tighten all bolts and nuts the nominal force of an inhaling. At an inhaling, hold a rack a wrench.
Inhaling moment
Bolt of an arm of a bar of the stabilizer of cross stability (a): 23 N · m.
Nut of the stabilizer (b): 50 N · m.
