2.4.1. Description of the lubrication system of the engine
The oil pump of tokhoidalny type is installed on a bent shaft. Oil arrives via the mesh filter of the oil pump and moves the pump to an oil filter. The filtered oil comes to two channels in the block of cylinders. On one channel oil moves to radical bearings of a bent shaft. From radical bearings of a bent shaft oil arrives to conrod bearings via the crossed channels which are drilled in a bent shaft, and then from the lower heads of rods moves for lubricant of pistons, rings and walls of cylinders. On other channel oil moves in a head of the block of cylinders and greases valves, cam-shafts, etc., after passing via internal oil channels of cam-shafts. The reducing valve is installed in the oil pump. This valve reduces the oil pressure when pressure increases approximately to 400 kPa.
