2.4.2. Removal and installation of the oil pallet and mesh filter of the oil pump

Take out the oil probe.

Remove an exhaust pipe No. 1 and the amplifier of a final collector.

Merge engine oil having turned off a drain stopper.

For all-wheel drive cars: remove the lower plate of a case of coupling (the hydrotransformer case for cars with the automatic transmission) 1 (fig. 2.206).

For cars with the drive on one axis: remove the amplifier of the transmission.

For the all-wheel drive car: remove the transfer case.

Turn off bolts and nuts of the oil pallet.

Remove sealant in the shaded part shown in the figure 2.207, using the special tool and the hammer 1.

NOTE You watch to damaging a hairpin 3 between the oil pallet and the block of cylinders during removal of sealant (fig. 2.207).

Remove the oil pallet 2 from the block of cylinders.

Remove the mesh filter of the oil pump 1 from the block of cylinders (fig. 2.208).

Apply sealant on the interfaced surface of the oil pallet with the continuous roller, as shown in the figure 2.209.

Width of "a": 3 mm.

Height of "b": 2 mm.

Establish new sealing rings 2, as shown in the figure 2.210, and the mesh filter of the oil pump Tighten at first a filter 3 bolt, and then an arm bolt the 4th nominal force of an inhaling.

Bolt of the mesh filter of the oil pump (a): 11 N · m.

Bolt of an arm of the mesh filter of the oil pump (b): 11 N · m.

After installation of the oil pallet 3 on the block of cylinders, screw bolts of fastening and begin an inhaling of bolts from the center: продвигайтес to the periphery, tightening bolts serially. Tighten bolts and nuts nominal force.

Moment of an inhaling of a bolt and nut of the oil pallet (a): 11 N · m.

Screw a drain stopper with new laying in the oil pallet. Tighten a drain stopper the nominal force of an inhaling (fig. 2.211).

Moment of an inhaling of a drain stopper of the oil pallet (b): 50 N · m.

For the all-wheel drive car: establish the lower plate of a case of coupling (the hydrotransformer case for cars from the automatic transmission) to 1 (fig. 2.206).

For cars with the drive on one axis: establish the lower amplifier.

For the all-wheel drive car: install the transfer case.

Establish the amplifier of a final collector and an exhaust pipe No. 1.

Install into place the oil probe.

Fill in engine oil in the engine.

Check that there is no leak of engine oil and leak of the fulfilled gases on each connection. Be convinced of lack of leak of engine oil and the fulfilled gases in all connections.

Clear the interfaced surfaces of the oil pallet and the block of cylinders. Remove oil, an old sealant and dust from the condensed surface (fig. 2.212).
