2.4.3. Dismantling and assembly of the oil pump
|
Fig. 2.214. Details of the oil pump: 1 – rotor plate; 2 – external rotor; 3 – internal rotor; 4 – gas distribution mechanism drive chain cover; 5 – pin; 6 – reducing valve; 6 – spring; 7 – holder; 8 – lock ring; 9 – bolt of fastening of the oil pump
|
NOTE
Apply a thin film of engine oil on the surface of friction of each detail.
|
Dismantling
Turn off bolts of fastening and remove a plate of a rotor of 1 (fig. 2.215).
|
Fig. 2.216. Extraction of external and internal rotors
|
Take out external 1 and an internal rotor of 2 (fig. 2.216).
Remove the safety valve 1, a spring 2 and the holder 3 having removed a lock ring of 4 (fig. 2.217).
Assembly
Wash up, clear and dry up all details.
Apply a thin film of engine oil on internal and external rotors, a working edge of an epiploon and the surface of the case of the oil pump.
Install external 1 and internal rotors 2 in the case of the oil pump.
Install the reducing valve 1 in an opening of a plate of a rotor of 2 (fig. 2.218).
Establish a plate of a rotor and tighten all bolts the nominal force of an inhaling. After installation of a plate be convinced that at rotation by a hand rotors turn smoothly (at effort no more than 0.3 N · l) (fig. 2.219).
Moment of an inhaling of a bolt of a plate of a rotor of the oil pump (a): 11 N · m.
