1.5.8. Installation of a children's seat by means of the top thong (the additional equipment)

Some children's seats of safety demand use of the top fixture. Loops for fixing of a thong are located in the places shown in figures 1.152. The quantity of fixing brackets depends on a car complete set.

Establish a children's seat of safety as follows: at "hatch-back" remove a blind of the luggage compartment.

Fix a children's seat on a back seat regularly (fig. 1.153).

At "hatch-back" remove before use from brackets rubber covers, and after use return them on the places.

Hook on a fixing thong for a bracket and pull it according to the instruction of the manufacturer security aids (fig. 1.153). Connect a thong to the appropriate bracket located directly behind a children's seat; do not cling it for brackets of fastening of baggage (if those are available).

You do not fix the top thong of a children's seat for brackets of fastening of baggage (if those are available). The wrong top connection reduces the provided efficiency security aids for children.

At installation of a children's seat you carry out the top thong as it is shown in the figure 1.154.

Make sure that the baggage does not adjoin to a thong of the top fastening of a children's seat.
