3.1.11. Removal and installation of system of switching off of coupling

Removal
Remove the lever of switching off of coupling having turned off its nuts and a bolt.
Remove the bearing of switching off of coupling having turned a coupling switching off shaft.
Vypressuyte the plug No. 2 by means of the special tool and the hammer. At the same time also the coupling switching off shaft epiploon will be removed.

Remove a shaft of switching off of coupling of 1 (fig. 3.30).

Vypressuyte the plug No. 1 by means of special tools (fig. 3.31).

Installation

Press the plug No. 1 (1) by means of special tools and the hammer, then apply jellied lubricant on an internal surface to the plug (fig. 3.32).
Establish a shaft of switching off of coupling with a returnable spring.
Apply jellied lubricant on the internal surface of the plug No. 2 (1) and press it by means of the same special tool which was used at removal (fig. 3.32).

Cover with jellied lubricant to an epiploon of a shaft of switching off of coupling 2 and establish it aflush with the surface of the case. Use the special tool, the edge of an epiploon has to be turned down (inside) (fig. 3.33).
Zavaltsuyte an epiploon by means of the special tool and the hammer.
Establish a returnable spring.

Apply jellied lubricant on opening walls in the bearing of switching off of coupling and the lever of a shaft of switching off of coupling 2, then install the bearing of switching off of coupling of 1 (fig. 3.34).
Apply a small amount of jellied lubricant on vents of the leading shaft 3 and its forward part.

Install the lever of switching off of coupling on a coupling switching off shaft, having combined their tags 1, then tighten a nut 2 and a bolt (fig. 3.35).
Moment of an inhaling of a nut of the lever of switching off of coupling (a): 23 Nanometers.

Check of system of switching off of coupling
Check smoothness of rotation of the bearing of switching off of coupling.
Check smoothness of a basic surface of a case under the bearing of switching off of coupling and repair or replace the right case if necessary.

ATTENTION
Do not wash the coupling switching off bearing. Sink can lead to leak of jellied lubricant and gradual destruction of the bearing.
