3.1.4. Removal and installation of pipelines and hoses

Removal
Clear all junctions of hoses and tubes which will be disconnected, and also a tank cover of dust and dirt.
ATTENTION
Do not allow hit of liquid on the painted surface. It can lead to damage of the painted surface.

Pump out liquid the syringe.
Disconnect the pipeline from a hose.

NOTE
That disconnect a tube 1 from a hose 2, use a cap wrench 4 and a wrench of 3 (fig. 3.6).

Installation
Installation is made as it should be, the return to removal, except for the following.
ATTENTION
Do not allow hit of liquid on the painted surface.
Do not allow dense contact of tubes and hoses with a body or other parts of the car.
For removal of air from the main cylinder, it needs to be removed from a car body.
Establish all collars reliably.

Moment of an inhaling of a nut of a tube of a hydraulic actuator of coupling (a): 16 N · m.
After installation check a free wheeling of a pedal of coupling and remove air from system.
Check lack of leak of liquid.
Add liquid in a tank to the MAX level.

Check a tube 1 and a hose 2 for existence of dents, bends, cracks, dirt and dust. Replace if the result of check is not satisfactory (fig. 3.8).
