3.1.2. Check of a pedal of couplingFree wheeling of a pedal of coupling of "A"

Press a pedal of coupling 1 until the beginning of resistance of coupling and measure the pedal course (a free wheeling of a pedal of coupling) of "A", as shown in  the figure 3.2. Check compliance to norm.  
Free wheeling of a pedal of coupling of "A": 15–20 mm.  
If "A" does not meet standard, check the lever of a pedal 2 and replace the main cylinder 3, defective parts. 
 
Free wheeling of a pusher of the B cylinder 
Press a coupling pedal 1 fingers until the beginning of small increase in resistance and measure, movement of a pedal (a free wheeling of a pusher) of "B", as shown in  the figure 3.3. Check compliance to norm.  
Free wheeling of a pusher of "B": at most 3 mm.

If "B" does not meet standard, replace a pin 4 or the lever of a pedal of 2  (fig. 3.3).  
 
Moment of switching off of coupling of "C" 
Slow down the car the parking brake system. 
Start the engine and leave it to idle neutral transfer. 
Without pressing a coupling pedal, slowly you transfer the gear shifting lever to the provision of inclusion of a backing until from the transmission the sound of contact of gear wheels does not begin to reach. 
Slowly press a coupling pedal until disappearance of a sound (the coupling switching off moment), stop a pedal in this situation. 
Measure length of the course of a pedal of "C", as shown in  the figure 3.3.  
Moment of switching off of coupling of "C": 25 mm or more. 
If "C" does not meet standard, perhaps, air got to system. If this is so, remove air. 
After completion of check, start the engine and check coupling work.
