3.1.9. A coupling casing, the conducted clutch plate, a flywheel and system of switching off of coupling

Fig. 3.22. A coupling casing, the conducted clutch plate and a flywheel: 1 – coupling switching off shaft epiploon; 2 – coupling switching off shaft plug No. 2; 3 – coupling switching off shaft; 4 – coupling switching off shaft plug No. 1; 5 – coupling switching off bearing; 6 – coupling casing; 7 – the conducted clutch plate; 8 – coupling casing bolt; 9 – flywheel; 10 – coupling switching off lever; 11 – coupling switching off lever nut; 12 – coupling switching off lever bolt

Removal of a casing and the conducted clutch plate
Remove the transmission in the block with the main transfer.

Fig. 3.23. Blocking of a flywheel

Block a flywheel the special tool and turn off bolts of a casing of coupling 2, remove a casing of coupling 1 and the conducted clutch plate (fig. 3.23).

Fig. 3.24. Removal of the bearing of the leading shaft

At removal of the bearing of the leading shaft 1 from a flywheel 2, use the following special tools (fig. 3.24).

Installation

Fig. 3.25. Installation of a flywheel

Establish a flywheel 2 on a bent shaft and tighten bolts of 1 (fig. 3.25).

NOTE
Before assembly, make sure that surfaces of a flywheel and a press disk were cleared and dried up.

Moment of an inhaling of a bolt of a flywheel (a): 70 Nanometers.

Fig. 3.26. Press fitting of the bearing of the leading shaft

Using the special tool, install the bearing of the leading shaft in a flywheel of 1 (fig. 3.26).

Fig. 3.27. Installation of a casing of coupling

Combine the conducted clutch plate with the center of a flywheel by means of the special tool and establish a casing of coupling 1 with bolts 2. Then tighten bolts of 2 (fig. 3.27).

NOTE
When tightening bolts of a casing of coupling, squeeze the conducted clutch plate by means of the special tool (mandrel) so that the disk settled down on the center.

Tighten bolts gradually and evenly on diagonal.
Moment of an inhaling of a bolt of a casing of coupling (a): 23 N · m.

Fig. 3.28. The site of the leading shaft covered by lubricant

Put a little jellied lubricant on conducting to a shaft 1, then attach the transmission to the engine (fig. 3.28).

NOTE
At installation of the leading shaft of the transmission in the conducted clutch plate, turn cranked a little to achieve coincidence of shlits.
