3.1.7. Removal and installation of the working cylinder of coupling

Removal

ATTENTION
Do not allow hit of liquid on the painted surfaces.

Clear the place around a cover of the tank of the main cylinder and pump out liquid the syringe.
Disconnect a hose 5 from the working cylinder having turned off a connecting bolt 4.

Turn off bolts of fastening of the working cylinder 2 and remove the working cylinder 1 (fig. 3.16).

Installation
For removal of air from the main cylinder, it needs to be removed from the car.

Apply a small amount of jellied lubricant on a tip of a rod (fig. 3.17).

NOTE
Do not allow hit of jellied lubricant on a cover.

Install the working cylinder of coupling assembled 1 and tighten bolts of its fastening by the 2nd nominal force of an inhaling (fig. 3.18).
Moment of an inhaling of a bolt of fastening of the worker cylinder (a): 23 Nanometers.
To connect a hose of a hydraulic actuator of coupling 4 and tighten a connecting bolt the 3rd nominal force of an inhaling (fig. 3.18).
Moment of an inhaling of a connecting bolt (b): 23 Nanometers.

NOTE
Do not reuse laying.

To fill the tank of the main cylinder with brake fluid and check leaks.
After installation, remove air from system.
To check a free wheeling of a pedal of coupling and the moment of switching off of coupling.
