3.2.8. Dismantling and assembly of the fifth transfer

Dismantling
Turn off 9 bolts and uncover the party of the transmission.

ATTENTION
You watch to deforming a side cover at removal.

Using the special tool, take out a lock ring 1.
Turn off a bolt of a shaft of a fork of gear shifting 2.

Take out a fork of gear shifting 3 and a gear wheel of the fifth transfer. Use a stripper if the nave densely sits on vents (fig. 3.52).

To Raskontrita a nut of an intermediate shaft 2, establish a gear wheel of the fifth transfer of the leading shaft 1 and the device for fixing of shaft, then turn off a nut of an intermediate shaft 2 (fig. 3.53).

Remove a gear wheel of the fifth transfer from the leading shaft, the needle bearing and a gear wheel of the fifth transfer from an intermediate shaft 1. The stripper for gear wheels 2 is required if the nave of a gear wheel of the fifth transfer densely sits on vents of an intermediate shaft (fig. 3.54).

Establish a gear wheel of the fifth transfer 1 on an intermediate shaft, the processed inflow of "A" has to be turned inside (fig. 3.55).
Apply gearbox oil on the needle bearing and establish it on the leading shaft.
Establish a gear wheel of the fifth transfer 1 on the leading shaft.
Install the special tool for fixing of a shaft.
Tighten a new nut of an intermediate shaft 2 the nominal force of an inhaling and you zakontrit a nut.
Moment of an inhaling of a nut of an intermediate shaft (a): 100 N · m.

Collect the synchronizer of the fifth transfer: plug 1, nave 2, levers of the synchronizer 3 and ring of the synchronizer 4 as follows (fig. 3.56).

Install synchronizer 1 levers on a nave 2 in the specified situation, as shown in the figure 3.57.

NOTE
Combine a ledge of "A" of levers of the fifth transfer 1 with a flute on a nave of 2 (fig. 3.58).

Establish a synchronizer 1 ring on a nave 2 in the specified direction, as shown in the figure 3.59.

Install a fork of switching of the fifth transfer 1 on the plug 3 and a nave 2, and establish them on the leading shaft and a shaft of gear shifting, having combined a tag 4 with the corresponding tag 5 on the leading shaft (fig. 3.60).
Tighten a bolt of a shaft of a fork of gear shifting 2 on which carving part sealant for carvings was applied.
Moment of an inhaling of a bolt of a shaft of a fork of gear shifting (a): 10 N · m.

Using the special tool, establish a new lock ring 1 on the leading shaft 3 in the specified direction, as shown in the drawing (fig. 3.61).

Clear the interfaced surfaces of the left case 2 and a side cover 1, apply sealant on a side cover, as shown in the drawing, the diamer of section of the roller of sealant has to make 1,5 mm, establish a cover with the left case, and then tighten bolts of a side cover the nominal force of an inhaling (fig. 3.62).
Moment of an inhaling of a bolt of a side cover (a): 10 N · m.
