4.3.11. Removal and installation of the lever of the suspension bracket / plug

Removal

Turn off a bolt and a nut 2 spherical hinges of the lever of a suspension bracket of 1 (fig. 4.58).
Take out bolts of the lever of a suspension bracket 1.

Take out the lever of a suspension bracket of 2 (fig. 4.59).

Installation
Install the suspension bracket lever, as shown, and temporarily tighten bolts of the lever 1 (fig. 4.58).
Install the spherical hinge of the lever of a suspension bracket on a rotary fist. Combine a flute of a spherical finger with an opening in a rotary fist. Then establish a bolt of the spherical hinge 1 in the direction shown in the figure 4.59. Tighten a nut of the spherical hinge of the lever of a suspension bracket the 2nd nominal force of an inhaling.
Moment of an inhaling of a nut of the spherical hinge of the lever of a suspension bracket (a): 60 N · m.
Lower the car and tighten bolts of fastening of the lever of a suspension bracket 1 nominal force of an inhaling.
Moment of an inhaling of a bolt of fastening of the lever (a): 90 N · m.
Check the angles of installation of forward wheels.
