Removal
Lift the car on the elevator and remove wheels (right and left).
Remove a bar of the stabilizer of cross stability.
Remove suspension bracket levers (right and left).
Turn off nuts and bolts of back fastening of the engine (the front-wheel car).

NOTE
For the front-wheel car, you watch to losing laying 5 and expansion plugs 4 which can remain on a stretcher of a suspension bracket of 1 (fig. 4.67).
For the all-wheel drive car, support the transmission that connecting details were not exposed to excessive loading at removal of a stretcher of a suspension bracket of 1 (fig. 4.67).

Remove a suspension bracket stretcher from a body (fig. 4.68).

Installation

Establish a stretcher of a suspension bracket 1 on a body, and tighten a bolt the nominal force of an inhaling (fig. 4.69).
Moment of an inhaling of a bolt of fastening of a stretcher of a suspension bracket (a): 90 N · m.

Establish an element of fastening 2, expansion plugs and laying on a stretcher of a suspension bracket 1 if these details were removed and tighten bolts and nuts the nominal force of an inhaling (fig. 4.70).

Inhaling moment
Nuts of an element of fastening (b): 55 N · m.
Nut of back fastening of the engine (g): 45 N · m.

Install levers of a suspension bracket 2 (right and left) (fig. 4.71).
Establish a bar of the stabilizer of cross stability of 3 (fig. 4.71).
Tighten bolts and nuts the nominal force of an inhaling.

Inhaling moment
Bolt of fastening of the lever (c): 90 N · m.
Nut of the spherical hinge of the lever of a suspension bracket (d): 60 N · m.
Bolt of an arm of a bar of the stabilizer of cross stability (e): 23 N · m.
Establish disks (right and left) and lower the car.
Check the angles of installation of forward wheels.

Check of a stretcher of a forward suspension bracket

Check for existence of cracks, deformation or damages (fig. 4.72).
Check laying for existence of damages (the front-wheel car.)

Check of elements of fastening of a forward suspension bracket
Check an inhaling of all bolts and nuts of fastening of a suspension bracket. Tighten the weakened bolts and nuts the nominal force of an inhaling.
