Removal
Lift the car before unloading of a forward suspension bracket.

NOTE
At service of components of a rack of a suspension bracket, remove a rubber cover, then weaken a rack nut before removal of a rack a little. It will facilitate work. Pay attention, however, that at the same time the nut should not turn away completely.

Remove a wheel and disconnect a stabilizer 1 rack from an arm of a rack (fig. 4.26).

Turn off a bolt of fastening of a brake hose 1 and disconnect a brake hose 2, and then a plait of the sensor of speed of a wheel of anti-blocking system of brakes (if is available) from a rack arm, as shown in the figure 4.27.
Turn off bolts of an arm of a rack 4.

Turn off nuts of a support of a rack of 1 (fig. 4.28).

NOTE
Hold a rack hands so that it did not drop out.

Remove a rack assembled.

Installation
Establish a suspension bracket rack in the return sequence, taking into account the following.
Establish bolts, as shown in the figure 4.28.
Delay all fastenings by the nominal force of an inhaling.

Inhaling moment
Nut of an arm of a rack (a): 105 N · m.
Nut of a support of a rack (b): 28 N · m.
Bolt of fastening of a brake hose (c): 25 N · m.
Nut of the stabilizer (d): 50 N · m.

NOTE
Do not overwind a brake hose and a plait of the sensor of speed of anti-blocking system of brakes (if is available).

Establish a plait of the sensor of speed of anti-blocking system of brakes (if is available), as shown in the figure 4.29.
Tighten a wheel nut the nominal force of an inhaling.
Wheel nut inhaling moment: 85 N · m.
After installation check the angles of installation of forward wheels.
