4.3.4. Removal and installation of a bar of the stabilizer of a forward suspension bracket and/or plugs

Removal

Disconnect stabilizer racks. When weakening a nut, hold a rack a wrench (fig. 4.20). Remove arms of fastening of the stabilizer.
Remove the stabilizer.
Installation
Collect all details as it should be, the return to removal.

Having combined tags 1 on a bar of the stabilizer of cross stability and the face surface of the plug 2, tighten bolts of an arm of fastening by the nominal force of an inhaling (fig. 4.21).

NOTE
If the tag is absent, combine the center of a bar of the stabilizer of cross stability with the center of the car.
|
Inhaling moment bolts of an arm of a bar of the stabilizer of cross stability (a): 23 N · m.
Tighten nuts the nominal force of an inhaling. At an inhaling, hold a rack a wrench.
Moment of an inhaling of a nut of the stabilizer (b): 50 N · m.
