2.3.11. Removal and installation of a radiator

Removal

Disconnect a wire from a negative conclusion of the rechargeable battery.

Merge liquid from system having weakened a drain stopper of a radiator.

Disconnect the cooling system fan electric motor socket.

Remove the electric motor of the fan of the condenser of the air conditioning system if the car is equipped with the air conditioning system.

Remove a broad tank 1 if the car is equipped with the air conditioning system.

To disconnect the bringing and taking away hoses of a radiator 2 from a radiator (fig. 2.196).

Remove the fan of the cooling system 3 assembled.

Disconnect hoses of the automatic transmission from a radiator if the car is equipped the automatic transmission.

Remove a radiator.

Installation

Installation is made as it should be, the return to removal, except for the following.

Fill the cooling system.

After installation check all connections for existence of leaks.
