Removal
Merge liquid from system having weakened a drain stopper of a radiator.
Take out the air filter assembled with the resonator.
Remove an inlet collector.

Fig. 2.184. Engine cooling system hoses

Remove the generator.
Disconnect hoses of the cooling system 1 and hoses of a radiator of a heater 2 from tubes.
Remove the thermostat 3 case with a cover of the thermostat 4 and the bringing pipe 5.

Fig. 2.185. The case of the thermostat and the bringing tubes

Remove the bringing cooling system pipe with a thermostat cover from the thermostat case.
Take out the thermostat.

Installation
Installation is made as it should be, the return to removal, except for the following.

Fig. 2.186. Assembly of the case of the thermostat

At installation of the thermostat 1 in the case of the thermostat 2 be convinced that the valve for production of air 3 is in the situation shown in the figure 2.186.
At installation use new sealing rings.
Adjust a tension of a belt of the drive of the pump of cooling liquid.
Adjust a tension of a belt of the drive of the compressor of the air conditioning system (if is available).
Fill the cooling system.
Be convinced of lack of leak of cooling liquid from connections of the cooling system.
