2.3.13. Removal and installation of a driving belt of the pump of cooling liquid / generatorRemoval
Disconnect a wire from a negative conclusion of the rechargeable battery.
Remove the lower cover of the engine on the right side and a generator cover (if is available).

Weaken an adjusting bolt of a driving belt 2 and a bolt of the hinge of the generator 3 (fig. 2.199). At service of the car equipped with the air conditioning system before removal of a belt of the pump of cooling liquid 1 remove a driving compressor belt.
Weaken a belt movement of the generator and remove it.
Installation
Establish a belt 1 on a pulley of the pump of cooling liquid 2, a pulley of a bent shaft 3 and a pulley of the generator 4 (fig. 2.200). At service of the car equipped with the air conditioning system also establish a driving compressor belt.
Adjust a belt tension.
For adjustment of a tension of a driving compressor belt.
Tighten an adjusting bolt of a belt of the drive of the pump of cooling liquid and a bolt of the hinge the nominal force of an inhaling.
Inhaling moment
Adjusting bolt of the generator (a): 23 N · m.
Bolt of the hinge of the generator (b): 50 N · m.
Establish the lower cover of the engine on the right side and a generator cover (if is available).
Connect a wire to a negative conclusion to the rechargeable battery.
