The electronic control system consists of (1) various sensors which define a condition of the engine and traffic conditions, (2) electronic control units which operates various devices according to signals from sensors, and (3) various operated devices. Functionally, the system is divided into nine subsystems:
– control system of fuel injection;
– control system of the frequency of rotation of the engine idling;
– control system of the fuel pump;
– a control system of air conditioning (if is available);
– radiator fan control system;
– system of recirculation of the fulfilled gases (if is available)
– system of decrease in toxicity of the fulfilled gases;
– a control system of the heater of the sensor of concentration of oxygen (if is available)
