3.3.10. Removal and installation of the sensor of temperature of liquid

Disconnect a wire from a negative conclusion of the rechargeable battery.

Lift the car.

Remove the lower covers of the engine.

When the engine cools down, turn off a drain stopper and merge liquid from the automatic transmission.

Screw a drain stopper.

Remove the pallet of the automatic transmission.

Remove a mesh oil filter.

Remove the block of valves.

ATTENTION At removal of a plait of wires of valves from a transmission case, you watch to damaging the liquid temperature sensor. The negligent handling of the sensor can result in malfunction of the sensor.

Take out a plait of wires of 1 (fig. 3.102).

Installation of a plait of wires and the block of valves is made as it should be, the return to removal, except for the following.

Use new laying of the pallet.

Tighten a bolt of the socket of a plait of wires of the block of valves the nominal force of an inhaling.

Moment of an inhaling of a bolt of the socket of a plait of the block of valves (a): 5,5 N · m.

Fill in liquid for the automatic transmission and check liquid level according to the procedure described in "Replacement of liquid in the automatic transmission".

Check leaks after warming up of the automatic transmission.
