Move the gear shifting lever to the transmission mode sensor situation "N".

Remove the regulator (the end of a cable) from a selector lever pin.

Release a lock plate 1 which limits movement of the holder of a tip of a cable of 2 (fig. 3.94).

Push out the holder of a tip of a cable 1 of an eye 2 by means of the corresponding tool 3 to unhook a cable (fig. 3.95).

Transfer the selector lever to situation "N".

Apply jellied lubricant on a pin of the lever of the selector and install on it the regulator (the end of a cable).

Holding the lever of the selector and the sensor of the mode of the transmission in situation "N", put on the holder of a tip of a cable 1 before capture of a cable by it.

Establish a lock plate 2 to fix the holder of a tip of a cable (fig. 3.95).

After the cable of the choice of transfer was established, check the following.

Push the car previously having installed the selector lever in situation "P". The car should not move.

The car does not move if the lever of the selector is installed in situation "N".

The car moves if the lever of the selector is installed in situation "D", "2" and "L".

The car moves back if the lever of the selector is installed in situation "R".
