3.3.13. Removal and installation of electromagnetic valves (switching valve, valve of the hydrotransformer and valve of synchronization)

Removal
Disconnect a wire from a negative conclusion of the rechargeable battery.
Lift the car.
Remove the lower covers of the engine.
Turn off a drain stopper and merge liquid from the automatic transmission.
Establish a drain stopper.
Moment of an inhaling of a drain stopper of the automatic transmission: 17 N · m.

Remove the pallet of the automatic transmission 1 and laying of the pallet 2 (fig. 3.105).
Remove a mesh oil filter 3.
Take out the sensor of temperature of liquid 1 of a sensor collar.
Disconnect sockets of 2 valves.

Remove the electromagnetic valve of the hydrotransformer 1, the valve-A of switching (No. 1) 2 both the valve-B of switching (No. 2) 3 and the electromagnetic valve of synchronization having turned off bolts (fig. 3.107).

Install the valve of switching of A (No. 1) 2, the valve of switching of B (No. 2) 3, the electromagnetic valve of the hydrotransformer 1 and the electromagnetic valve of synchronization of 4 (fig. 3.108).
Moment of an inhaling of a bolt of the solenoid of switching (a): 11 N · m.

Install the sensor 5 and fix a wire of the sensor (fig. 3.109).

Install the mesh filter 1 (fig. 3.110).
Moment of an inhaling of a bolt of the mesh filter (a): 10 N · m.
