6.1.10. Dismantling and assembly of the main cylinder

Dismantling of the main cylinder

Fig. 6.20. Piston limiter bolt

For cars with the left arrangement of steering without anti-blocking system of brakes – turn off a bolt of the limiter of the piston 1 (fig. 6.20).

Fig. 6.21. Utaplivaniye of the piston of primary camera

For cars with the left arrangement of steering with anti-blocking system of brakes – drown the piston of primary camera 1 to remove a pin of the limiter of the piston of the secondary camera 2 of the main cylinder, as shown in the figure 6.21.
Remove a lock ring 1.

Fig. 6.22. Removal of a lock ring and extraction of the piston of the secondary camera

Take out the piston of primary camera. Take out the piston of the secondary camera by means of compressed air 2. Be careful as the secondary piston can jump out of the cylinder (fig. 6.22).

ATTENTION
Do not use compressed air of excessive pressure, it will lead to a piston departure from the cylinder. Close an exhaust outlet fabric to prevent damage of the piston. Pressure of air has to be moderate. Protect fingers at extraction of the piston by means of compressed air.
