6.1.12. Check of the main cylinderCheck all removed details for wear or existence of damages and replace if necessary.

NOTE
Wash up all details in brake fluid.
Do not reuse cuffs of the piston and a cuff of the cylinder.

Check walls of the main cylinder for existence рисок or corrosion. It is better to replace the cylinder subjected to impact of corrosion. Corrosion can be identified on existence of poles or an excessive roughness.

NOTE
Polishing of walls of the cylinder with the aluminum case abrasive materials and the tool as it is possible to damage walls is not allowed.
|
Wash out the cylinder in pure brake fluid. Shake the liquid remains after rinsing. Do not use fabric for removal of the remains of liquid as fibers of fabric can remain in the cylinder.
