6.1.16. Removal and installation of the limiter of pressure depending on loading
ATTENTION
Never disassemble pressure limiter depending on loading. At the same time its work will be broken. If the limiter is faulty, replace it with new (fig. 6.38).

Removal
Clear the place around a cover of the tank and pump out liquid the syringe.
Lift the car on the elevator.
Disconnect brake highways from pressure limiter.

Turn off bolts of fastening 3 and an adjusting nut of 2 (fig. 6.39).
Remove the limiter of pressure 1 with a spring 4 from a body of the car (fig. 6.39).
Installation
Install pressure limiter depending on load with a spring of a car body.
Apply multi-purpose jellied grease on the top and lower hinge of 1 tsil.pruzhina (fig. 6.40).

Tighten all bolts and nuts the nominal force of an inhaling, as shown in the figure 6.41.
Inhaling moments
Adjusting nut of the limiter of pressure depending on loading And: 23 N · m.
Nut of the brake highway B: 16 N · m.
Bolt of fastening of the limiter of pressure depending on loading (c): 23 N · m.
Fill the tank with brake fluid and remove air from the brake system.
After removal of air check correctness of installation of the limiter of pressure depending on loading, see. "Check and adjustment of the limiter of pressure depending on loading".
Check and adjustment of the limiter of pressure depending on loading
Before check and adjustment.
– The fuel tank has to be completely filled with fuel.
– The car has to be equipped with a spare wheel, the tool and a jack with the handle.
– The car should not bear any other loading.
– The car has to be installed on a plain horizontal surface.
Transfer pressure limiter lever in a finger to extreme situation and measure length of a cylindrical spring ("a" in the figure 6.42).
Length of a spring of "a": 142 mm.

If it not so, adjust length of a spring having moved it, as shown in the drawing. After adjustment, tighten a nut 1 nominal force of an inhaling (fig. 6.42).
The moment of an inhaling of an adjusting nut of the limiter of pressure depending on loading And: 23 N · m.
NOTE
Make sure that pressure limiter case depending on loading and connection of brake pipelines have no liquid leak traces. Replace all defective parts.
