6.1.9. Removal and installation of the main cylinderRemoval
Clear the main cylinder outside.
Pump out brake fluid from the tank.

Disconnect the socket of the sensor of level of brake fluid 1 on the tank (fig. 6.19). Disconnect the brake highways 2 connected with the main cylinder (fig. 6.19).

ATTENTION
Do not allow hit of brake fluid on the painted surfaces. If liquid incidentally got on the painted surface, immediately wipe it and clear the painted surface.

Turn off nuts of fastening of the main cylinder 3.
Remove the main cylinder.
Installation
Establish a new sealing ring of the main cylinder.
Install the main cylinder on the amplifier and tighten nuts of fastening of the main cylinder 3 the nominal force of an inhaling (fig. 6.19). Moment of an inhaling of nuts of fastening of the main cylinder A: 13 N · m.
Connect the brake highway to the main cylinder and tighten nuts the 2nd nominal force of an inhaling (fig. 6.19). Moment of an inhaling of nuts of the brake highway B: 16 N · m.
Connect the socket of the sensor of level of brake fluid 1 on the tank (fig. 6.19). Fill the tank with brake fluid to a tag "MOVE".
After completion of work remove air from system and check a free wheeling of a pedal of a brake.
