6.1.2. Check of pressure (if there is LSPV pressure limiter)

Procedure of check of the limiter of pressure following. Check conditions.
The fuel tank is completely filled with fuel.
The car is equipped with a spare wheel, the tool, a jack with the handle.
1) The car is installed on a plain horizontal surface and loaded on the center weighing 200 kg.
2) Install the special tool on forward and back brake mechanisms.

NOTE
Manometers have to be installed on unions of pumping forward (left) and back (right) brake mechanisms.

After test rearrange manometers on forward right and back left brake mechanisms and execute similar check.

NOTE
The special tool of B or E is used instead of the extra for the special tool A with a diameter of carving of 10 mm (fig. 6.3).

3) Press a brake pedal gradually until liquid pressure in the forward brake mechanism becomes equal provided below, after that check pressure in the back brake mechanism. Pressure has to be within the characteristics provided below.

4) As in the previous case, lift pressure in the forward brake mechanism to 100 kg/cm2 and check pressure in the back brake mechanism, it has to meet standard (fig. 6.4).
5) If pressure in the back brake mechanism does not meet standard, adjust its change provisions of a bolt "A".
Moment of an inhaling of an adjusting nut of the limiter of pressure And: 23 N · m.

If pressure in the back brake mechanism exceeds norm, displace a bolt of "A" back if lower than norm – forward (fig. 6.5).
Repeat operations 3) – 5) until pressure in the back brake mechanism does not meet standard.
After adjustment tighten a nut.
6) After completion of check, remove air from the brake system and execute brake test.
