6.1.15. Check and adjustment of the amplifier of brakes
If the fork of a pusher 1 was removed, adjust distance between the adjusting surface of the amplifier (without consolidation) and the center of an opening under a pin of "a" and tighten a nut the 2nd nominal force of an inhaling (fig. 6.34). Distance of "a" between the center of an opening under a pin and the surface of the amplifier
Nominal rate:
– 104,5–105,5 mm – the car with the left arrangement of steering;
– 109,5–110,5 mm – the car with the right arrangement of steering.
Inhaling moment
Lock-nut of a fork And: 25 N · m.
Lock-nut of a fork And: 19 N · m.

Install the special tool A on the main cylinder 1 and drown a head of a pin 3 against the stop in the piston 2 (fig. 6.35).
Turn special adaptation on the contrary and install it on the amplifier 1. Adjust length of a rod of the amplifier 2 so that the rod adjoined to a head of a pin (fig. 6.36). Gap of "b" (between special adaptation and a rod): 0 mm.
