2.5.10. Removal and installation of the regulator of pressure of fuel

Removal

Dump fuel pressure.

Disconnect a wire from a negative conclusion of the rechargeable battery.

Disconnect a vacuum hose 1 from the regulator of pressure of fuel 2 (fig. 2.237).

Remove the fuel pressure regulator from a fuel stage.

Disconnect a returnable hose 3 from pressure regulator.

Installation

At installation act as it should be, the return to a removal order, and observe the following precautionary measures.

Use a new sealing ring of 1 (fig. 2.238).

Apply a thin film of fuel on a sealing ring to facilitate installation.

Tighten fuel pressure regulator bolts the nominal force of an inhaling.

Moment of an inhaling of a bolt of the regulator of pressure of fuel (a): 10 N · m.

Without starting the engine include ignition and be convinced of lack of leak of fuel in connections of fuel-supply lines.
