Removal
Remove the fuel tank from the car.

Disconnect the fuel 1 cut-off valve hose giving a fuel-supply line 2 and a tube of return of fuel to a tank 3 from the fuel pump (fig. 2.254). At a detachment of the coupling of a tube of supply of fuel 2 and a tube of return of fuel to a tank 3 from the fuel pump, at first unblock the coupling the special tool, having inserted it between a tube and the lock of the coupling.
Take out the fuel pump 1 of the fuel tank of 2 (fig. 2.255).
Installation
Clear the interfaced surfaces of the fuel pump 1 and the fuel tank.

Install a plate 2 on the fuel pump 1 having combined a ledge on the fuel pump 3 with an opening in a plate 4, as shown in the figure 2.256.
Establish new laying 2 and the fuel pump assembled 1 with a plate 3 in the fuel tank (fig. 2.257). Moment of an inhaling of a bolt of the fuel pump (a): 10 N · m.

Connect a fuel 1 cut-off valve hose, a tube of return of fuel to a tank 2 (connection of tubes) and the giving fuel-supply line 3 (connection of tubes) to the fuel pump (fig. 2.258).

ATTENTION
At connection of the coupling clear external surfaces of a tube on which the coupling will be installed, insert the coupling into a tube before click of the lock of the coupling and check reliability of connection, otherwise, in this place there can be a leak.
