5.2.16. Removal and installation of a driving belt of the pump of the hydraulic booster of steeringRemoval
Disconnect a wire from a negative conclusion of the rechargeable battery.
Remove the lower cover of the engine on the right side, then weaken a bolt of a tension pulley 1 and a nut of 2 (fig. 5.44). Take off a belt of the pump of the hydraulic booster of steering.

Establish a belt on a pump 1 pulley, a pulley of a bent shaft 2, a pulley of the air conditioning system (if is available) 3 and a tension pulley of 4 (fig. 5.45). Adjust a belt tension, see. "Adjustment of a tension of a driving belt of the pump of the hydraulic booster of steering".
Check of a driving belt of the pump of the hydraulic booster of steering
Examine a belt on existence of cracks and replace if necessary.
Check on the car of a cover of a tip of steering draft
Check a cover for existence of cracks and damages. If those are available, replace a cover with new (fig. 5.46).
