Removal
Lift the car on the elevator and remove a wheel.

Take out the forelock 1, turn off a koronchaty nut of a tip of steering draft of 2 (fig. 5.47).

Using the special tool, a vypressuyta a tip of steering draft from a rotary fist (fig. 5.48).

To facilitate adjustment after installation, apply a tag 2 on the draft carving specifying the provision of a lock-nut of a steering rod end of draft 3. Weaken a lock-nut and remove a tip of steering draft 4 from draft of 1 (fig. 5.49).

Establish a lock-nut of a steering rod end of draft 3 and a tip of steering draft 4 on draft 1. Tighten a lock-nut according to marking 2 on a carving of draft (fig. 5.50).
Establish a tip of steering draft in a rotary fist 5. Tighten a koronchaty nut 6 until openings for the forelock 7 coincide with a cut in a nut, within the range of nominal force of an inhaling (fig. 5.50).
Moment of an inhaling of a koronchaty nut of a steering rod end of draft (a): 45 N · m.

Bend the new forelock 7, as shown in the figure 5.51.

After installation of wheels, lower the car and tighten wheel nuts the nominal force of an inhaling (fig. 5.52).
Moment of an inhaling of a nut of a wheel (a): 85 N · m.
Check a convergence of wheels.

After check of a convergence of wheels, tighten a lock-nut of a tip of steering draft the nominal force of an inhaling (fig. 5.53).
