5.2.21. Removal and installation of the pump of the hydraulic booster of steering

NOTE
Make sure that carefully cleared each connection before dismantling.
|
Removal
Remove the lower cover of the engine on the right side, weaken a pulley of the tension device of a belt and take off a belt of the drive of the amplifier of steering.
Disconnect the pressure head pipeline of high pressure and the soaking-up hose from the pump. Collect the following liquid in a container or muffle tubes.

ATTENTION
You watch to damaging the condenser of the air conditioning system (if is available).

Disconnect a plait of the sensor of pressure and a plait of wires of the air conditioning system.
Remove the compressor of the air conditioning system from an arm without disconnecting a hose of the air conditioning system.

NOTE
Suspend the compressor of the air conditioning system on a wire hook so that hoses of the air conditioning system were not bent, excessively overwound or tense.

Remove the oil pump from an arm.
|
NOTE
Muffle channels of the pump to prevent hit of dust and foreign objects in the pump.
|
Installation
Installation is made as it should be, the return to removal.
|
NOTE
After installation fill with liquid a tank of the hydraulic booster of steering and remove air from system.
|

Adjust a tension of a belt of the hydraulic booster of steering, see. "Adjustment of a tension of a driving belt of the pump of the hydraulic booster of steering".
Remove air from system.
