Using a micrometer, measure height of a cam of "a". If the measured height – less limit, replace a cam-shaft (fig. 2.92).

Establish a cam-shaft on prisms and measure its beating by the indicator of the sentry like (fig. 2.93).
If the measured beating exceeds the specified limit, replace a cam-shaft.
Cam-shaft beating limit: 0,10 mm.

Wear of a basic neck of a cam-shaft
Check basic necks of a cam-shaft and cases of a cam-shaft for existence of pointed corrosion, scratches, wear or other damages. In the presence of some aberration, replace a cam-shaft or a head of the block of cylinders with the case. Never replace a head of the block of cylinders, without replacing the case.

Check of a gap the calibrated plastic wire
Clear cases and basic necks of a cam-shaft.
Remove all pushers of valves with adjusting laying.
Establish a cam-shaft in a head of the block of cylinders.
Put on a neck (parallel to a cam-shaft) a piece of the calibrated plastic wire length of which, is equal to width of a basic neck of a cam-shaft.
Install the camshaft case.

Tighten bolts in the order shown in the figure 2.91, the specified effort of an inhaling.
Inhaling moment bolts of the case of the camshaft (a): Tighten the moment 11 N · m.

NOTE
Do not rotate a cam-shaft after installation of the case.

Remove the case and, using a scale 2 on packing from the calibrated plastic wire, measure width of the flattened wire 1 in the widest place (fig. 2.95).

Gap of a basic neck of a cam-shaft
Nominal: 0,045–0,087 mm.
Limit: 0,12 mm.

If the measured gap between a basic neck of a cam-shaft and an opening of a support exceeds extreme value, measure diameter of an opening of a support and diameter of a basic neck of a cam-shaft (fig. 2.96). Replace a cam-shaft or a head of the block of cylinders, depending on what of the measured values has a bigger aberration.

Check a pusher of the valve and adjusting laying for existence of pointed corrosion, scratches or other damages. In the presence of some aberration replace (fig. 2.97).
Measure diameter of an opening in a head of the block of cylinders and the outer diameter of a pusher of the valve to define a gap between a pusher and an opening in a block head. If the gap exceeds extreme value, replace a pusher of the valve or a head of the block of cylinders.

Nominal: 0,025–0,066 mm.
Limit: 0,15 mm.

Outer diameter of a pusher of the valve
Nominal: 30,959–30,975 mm.

Removal and installation of valves and head of the block of cylinders

Removal
Remove the power unit from the car.

Remove the back amplifier of an inlet collector of 1 (fig. 2.100).
Remove the oil pallet.
Uncover a head of the block of cylinders.
Uncover a gas distribution mechanism drive chain.
Remove a gas distribution mechanism drive chain.
Remove cam-shafts of the drive of inlet and final valves.

Weaken bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders as it should be shown in the figure 2.101 by means of 12-faced face keys and completely turn off them.

NOTE
Do not forget to turn off a bolt (M8) 1, as shown in the figure 2.101.

Check whether everything details are removed or disconnected.
Remove a final collector, in case of need.
Remove a head of the block of cylinders with inlet and final collectors. In case of need use the load-lifting mechanism.
Installation
Clear the interfaced surfaces of a head of the block of cylinders and the block of cylinders. Remove oil, the remains of old laying and dust from the interfaced surfaces.
Establish pins 1 in openings of the block of cylinders.

Install new laying of a head of the block of cylinders 2 on the block of cylinders. The tag of "TORAHS" on laying has to be turned up (towards a head of the block of cylinders) and to settle down from a pulley of a bent shaft (fig. 2.102).

Make sure that the maslorazbryzgivayushchy nozzle (Venturi's nozzle) 1 is established and if it so, then – it is not littered. At installation of a nozzle be convinced that the nozzle is tightened by the nominal force of an inhaling (fig. 2.103).
Moment of a zatyazhkisopl of Venturi (a): 5 N · m.
Install a head of the block of cylinders on the block of cylinders.
Apply engine oil on bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders and tighten them gradually as follows.
Tighten bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders ("1" – "10") the moment of 20 N · m in that order using 12-faced face keys.
B) In the same way, as in operation a), tighten their moment 40 N · m.

C) Tighten all bolts on 60 ° in the order shown in the figure 2.104.
Tighten a bolt of fastening of a head of the block of M8 (1) cylinders the nominal force of an inhaling.
Moment of an inhaling of a bolt of fastening of a head of the block of M10 (a) cylinders: 20 N · m, 40 N · m, tighten on 60 ° and 60 °;
bolt of fastening of a head of the block of M8 (b) cylinders: 22 N · m.

NOTE
Use new bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders. At reuse check diameter of a carving of bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders for deformation existence as it is described below, and replace them new if the difference of diameters of a carving exceeds extreme value.

Measure diameter of a carving of a bolt of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders 1 in a point of "A" at distance of 83,5 mm from a flange of a bolt and "B" at distance of 115 mm from a bolt flange with use of a micrometer of 2 (fig. 2.105).
Then calculate a difference of diameters ("A" - "B").
If the difference of diameters exceeds extreme value, replace bolts new.
Points of measurement of diameter of a bolt of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders: "a": 83,5 mm, "b": 115 mm.
Difference of diameters of a bolt of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders (deformation): extreme value ("A" - "B") – 0,1 mm.
Establish the amplifier of a final collector.
Establish cam-shafts, a chain of the drive of the mechanism of gas distribution and a cover of a chain. drive of the mechanism of gas distribution and natyazhitel of a chain.
Establish a cover of a head of the block of cylinders and the oil pallet.
Establish the amplifier of an inlet collector and connect hoses.
