Removal
Remove the power unit from the car.
Remove a coupling casing, the conducted clutch plate and a flywheel (a drive plate for the automatic transmission) with use of the special tool.

Remove an inlet collector and a final collector.
Remove the oil pallet and the mesh filter of the oil pump.
Uncover a head of the block of cylinders.
Uncover a gas distribution mechanism drive chain.
Remove a gas distribution mechanism drive chain guide, the regulator of a natyazhitel of a chain, a natyazhitel of a chain, a chain of the drive of the mechanism of gas distribution and an asterisk of a bent shaft.
Remove cam-shafts, pushers of valves and adjusting laying.
Remove a head of the block of cylinders assembled.
Remove pistons and rods.

Weaken bolts of fastening of covers of bearings No. 1 and No. 2 in the order shown in the figure 2.156 and remove them.
Take out a bent shaft from the block of cylinders.

Installation
Check and replace bolts new if diameter of a carving does not meet standard.

NOTE
Use new bolts of a cover of the bearing No. 1. If bolts are reused, check them for deformation existence.

All details which will be established at assembly have to be absolutely pure.
Do not forget to cover with engine oil of a neck of a bent shaft, radical and conrod bearings, pistons, piston rings and walls of cylinders.
Radical bearings, covers of radical bearings, conrod bearings, covers of conrod bearings, pistons and piston rings make separate sets. You watch that at assembly not to mix the details which are included in the package and to establish each detail on the same place which she took when dismantling.
Establish a plate of 1 sensor on a bent shaft 2 and tighten bolts the nominal force of an inhaling.

Moment of an inhaling of a bolt of a plate of the sensor (a): 11 N · m.

NOTE
At installation of a plate of the sensor, combine a spring pin 3 on cranked to a shaft with a sensor plate opening.

Install radical bearings in the block of cylinders.
The top inserts 1 have a lubricant flute 2.

Establish them in nests of the block of cylinders 3, the lower inserts without lubricant flute in covers of radical bearings.
Make sure that both inserts have marking of one color.

Install persistent half rings 1 in the block of cylinders between cylinders No. 2 and No. 3. Lubricant flutes 2 have to be turned to cheeks of a bent shaft.
Make sure that adjusting pins 3 are established from an admission near each radical neck of a bent shaft.
Lay a bent shaft in the block of cylinders.
Establish covers of radical bearings so that tags in the form of arrows (on each cover) were turned towards a pulley of a bent shaft. Establish covers consistently in ascending order: 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, since the party of a pulley of a bent shaft.
Apply engine oil on new bolts of fastening of covers of bearings No. 1 (1-10) and No. 2 (11-20), tighten them gradually as follows.

and. Tighten bolts (1-10) the moment of 30 N · m in that order (fig. 2.160) using 12-faced face keys.
b. In the same way, as well as when performing operation a), tighten their moment 50 N · m.
c. In the same way, as well as when performing operation a), tighten them for 60 °.
d. Tighten bolts (11-20) the moment of 22 N · m in that order (fig. 2.160).

Inhaling moment
Bolt of fastening of a cover of the radical bearing of a bent shaft No. 1 (1-10): tighten the moment 30 N · m, 50 N · also tighten m on 60 °.
Bolt of fastening of a cover of the radical bearing of a bent shaft No. 2 (11-20): tighten the moment 22 N · m.

NOTE
After an inhaling of bolts of fastening of covers of bearings, be convinced that the bent shaft rotates smoothly at its provorachivaniye with effort no more than 12 N · m.

Apply sealant on the interfaced surface of the case of a back epiploon 1.

"A": Waterproof sealant 99000-31250.
Amount of sealant for the case of a back epiploon: width: "a" – 3 mm; height of "b" – 2 mm.
Install the case of a back epiploon 1 and delay bolts the nominal force of an inhaling with use of the special tool.

Moment of an inhaling of a bolt of the case of a back epiploon: 11 N · m.
Establish a flywheel (a drive plate of the automatic transmission).
Using the special tool, record a flywheel or a drive plate and tighten bolts of a flywheel or a drive plate, previously apply sealant on a carving part of bolts.

"A": Sealant 99000-31110.
Moment of an inhaling of a bolt of a flywheel or drive plate (a): 70 N · m.
Install pistons and rods.
Establish a head of the block of cylinders assembled.
Establish a cam-shaft, pushers of valves and adjusting laying.
Establish an asterisk of a bent shaft, a gas distribution mechanism drive chain, a natyazhitel of a chain, the regulator of a natyazhitel of a chain, a guide of a chain of the drive of the mechanism of gas distribution and a cover of a chain of the drive of the mechanism of gas distribution.
Establish a cover of a head of the block of cylinders.
Establish inlet and final collectors.
Install the mesh filter of the oil pump and the oil pallet.
Establish coupling on a flywheel (for cars with the mechanical transmission). For coupling installation.
Install the power unit on the car.
