Check of a throttle branch pipe on the car
Check smoothness of movement of the lever of a butterfly valve 1.
Removal
Disconnect a wire from a negative conclusion of the rechargeable battery.
Merge liquid from the cooling system.

Disconnect a cable of the drive of a butterfly valve 1 from the lever of a butterfly valve (fig. 2.41).
Disconnect the air temperature sensor socket on an admission and remove the block of the air filter with an output hose of the air filter.

Disconnect the electric socket from the sensor of provision of a butterfly valve 1 and the valve of the regulator of idling of 2 (fig. 2.42).
Remove a throttle branch pipe from an inlet collector.
Disconnect engine cooling system hoses from a throttle branch pipe.
Installation
Clear the interfaced surfaces and establish laying of a throttle branch pipe on an inlet collector. Use new laying.
Connect engine cooling system hoses.
Establish a throttle branch pipe on an inlet collector.
Connect the socket of the sensor of provision of a butterfly valve 1 and the valve of the regulator of idling of 2 (fig. 2.42).
Connect a cable of the drive of a butterfly valve and adjust a gap in the drive.
Install the block of the air filter with an output hose of the air filter and connect the air temperature sensor socket on an admission.
Fill the cooling system.
Connect a wire to a negative conclusion of the rechargeable battery.
