Removal
Dump pressure of fuel it agrees.
Disconnect a wire from a negative conclusion of the rechargeable battery.
Merge liquid from the cooling system.

Remove output hoses of the air filter No. 1 and No. 2 (fig. 2.45).
Disconnect the following electric wires:
– regulator of idling 1;
– sensor of provision of a butterfly valve 2;
– valve of a purge of the filter of system of catching of vapors of gasoline 3;
– pressure sensor in an inlet collector 4;
– sockets of plaits of wires of fuel nozzles 5;

– a weight conclusion from an inlet collector;
– all collars of fastening of plaits of wires.
Disconnect a cable of the drive of a butterfly valve from a throttle branch pipe and remove its arm from an inlet collector.
Disconnect the following hoses:
– a hose of the amplifier of brakes 1 from an inlet collector;
– a hose 2 from the valve of ventilation of a case;
– a hose 3 from the valve of a purge of the filter of system of catching of vapors of gasoline;
– hoses of the cooling system 4 from a throttle branch pipe and the case of the thermostat;
– a vacuum hose of the regulator of pressure of fuel from an inlet collector;
– a hose of supply of fuel and a returnable hose from each tube.
Remove a fuel stage with fuel nozzles from a head of the block of cylinders.
Disconnect a tube of system of recirculation of the fulfilled gases 5 from the valve of recirculation of the fulfilled gases.

Remove the amplifier of an inlet collector 1.

Remove an inlet collector 1 with a throttle branch pipe 2 and a tube of system of recirculation of the fulfilled gases 3 from a head of the block of cylinders, and then laying of a collector (fig. 2.48).

Installation
Installation is made as it should be, the return to removal, except for the following.
Use new laying of an inlet collector and laying of a tube of system of recirculation of the fulfilled gases.

Tighten bolts 1 and nuts the 2nd nominal force of an inhaling (fig. 2.49).
Moment of an inhaling of a bolt and nut of an inlet collector (a): 25 N · m.
Make sure that all parts removed when dismantling are established into place.
Establish all necessary details which were not established yet.
Adjust a gap in the drive of a butterfly valve.
Fill the cooling system.
After completion of installation, turn the ignition switch in position of ON, but do not start the engine, and be convinced of lack of leak of fuel.
At the end start the engine and be convinced of lack of leak of cooling liquid.
