Removal
Dump fuel pressure according to the procedure of dumping of pressure of fuel.
Disconnect wires from negative and positive conclusions of the rechargeable battery.
Remove a cowl previously having disconnected a windshield washer hose.
Remove the right and left lower covers of the engine.
Remove the compressor of the air conditioning system and/or a belt of the drive of the pump of the amplifier of steering (if the car is equipped with steering with the amplifier).
Take off a belt of the drive of the pump of cooling liquid.
Merge engine oil, oil from the transmission or working liquid from the automatic transmission (for cars from the automatic transmission) and the transfer case (for all-wheel drive cars).
Merge liquid from the cooling system.
Remove the case of the air filter with hoses.

Without disconnecting hoses remove the compressor of the air conditioning system and/or the pump of the hydraulic booster of steering from an arm (if the car is equipped with steering with the hydraulic booster and the air conditioning system) (fig. 2.59).
NOTE
Suspend the removed compressor of the air conditioning system and/or the pump of the hydraulic booster of steering in such place, it will not be damaged during removal and installation of the power unit.

Disconnect the following electric wires:
– sensor of provision of a butterfly valve 1;
– pressure sensor in an inlet collector 2;
– eats sensor;
– sensor of provision of a cam-shaft;
– sensor of position of the crankshaft;
– detonation sensor;
– the sensor of concentration of oxygen with heating;
– the valve of recirculation of the fulfilled gases 3;
– regulator of idling 4;
– valve of a purge of the filter of system of catching of vapors of gasoline 5;
– fuel nozzles 6;
– coils of ignition 7;
– sensor of pressure of engine oil;
– generator 8;
– starter;
– the switch of the magnetic coupling of the compressor of the air conditioning system (if the car is equipped with the air conditioning system);
– conclusion of mass of the 9th inlet collector and block of cylinders;
– car speed sensor;
– the backing light switch (for cars with the mechanical transmission);
– the switch of switching 10 (for cars with the automatic transmission);
– the sensor of speed of the automatic transmission 11 (for cars with the automatic transmission);
– NC1 12 sensor;
– the solenoid of switching of the automatic transmission 13 (for cars with the automatic transmission);
– speedometer sensor;
– a mass wire of the rechargeable battery 14 from the transmission;
– all collars of fastening of plaits of wires.
Remove the block of fuses from an arm.

– cable of the drive of a butterfly valve;
– a transfer choice cable (for cars with the mechanical transmission);
– a gear shifting cable (for cars with the mechanical transmission);
– a cable of the choice of transfer 15 (for cars with the automatic transmission).

– a hose of the amplifier of brakes 1 from an inlet collector;
– a hose 2 from the valve of a purge of the filter of system of catching of vapors of gasoline;
– a hose of supply of fuel and a returnable hose from each tube;
– entrance and output heater radiator hoses from each tube;
– entrance and output radiator hoses from each tube;
– hoses of the automatic transmission from each tube.
Remove a stretcher of a suspension bracket 1 with the stabilizer of cross stability and levers of a suspension bracket (fig. 2.62).
Remove pipes No. 1 and No. 2 of system of production of the fulfilled gases.
Disconnect the right and left hinges of shaft of the drive of wheels from differential.
For removal of the engine and the transmission it is not required to take out power shafts from rotary fists.
For all-wheel drive cars: remove the driveshaft.
Remove the generator.
Remove the working cylinder of coupling from the transmission. (for cars with the mechanical transmission)
Install the load-lifting mechanism.

Turn off bolts of fastening of the left support of the engine 1 and a nut of fastening of an arm of the right support of the engine 2 (fig. 2.63).
Before removal of the engine with the transmission from a body, be convinced that all hoses and electric wires are disconnected from the engine and the transmission.

Lower the engine with the transmission from a body (fig. 2.64).
NOTE
Before lowering of the engine in order to avoid damage of the pump of the hydraulic booster of steering and/or the compressor of the air conditioning system, raise them through a gleam from a pulley of a bent shaft. At the same time you watch that hoses were not exposed to excessive loadings.

Disconnect the transmission in the block with the main transfer from the engine.
Remove a casing of coupling and the conducted clutch plate.
Installation
Establish a casing of coupling and the conducted clutch plate.
Install the transmission on the engine block.
Lift the engine with a box in a motor compartment, but do not remove the load-lifting mechanism.
Wrap bolts of fastening of the left support of the engine and a nut of fastening of an arm of the right support of the engine.
Tighten bolts and nuts the nominal force of an inhaling.
Inhaling moment
Bolt of fastening of the left support of the engine (a): 55 N · m.
Nut of fastening of an arm of the right support of the engine (b): 75 N · m.
Remove the load-lifting mechanism.
Install the working cylinder of coupling on the transmission (for cars with the mechanical transmission).
Install the generator.
For the all-wheel drive car: install the driveshaft.
Install hinges of shaft of the drive of wheels.
Establish pipes No. 1 and No. 2 of system of production of the fulfilled gases.
Establish a stretcher of a suspension bracket 1 with the stabilizer of cross stability and levers of a suspension bracket.
Connect the disconnected hoses and wires.
Install the case of the air filter with hoses.
Install the compressor of the air conditioning system and/or the pump of the hydraulic booster of steering on an arm (if the car is equipped with steering with the amplifier and the air conditioning system).
Adjust a tension of a belt of the pump of cooling liquid.
Adjust a tension of a compressor belt of the air conditioning system and/or amplifier of steering (if the car is equipped with steering with the amplifier and the air conditioning system).
Adjust a gap in the drive of a butterfly valve.
Make sure that all parts removed when dismantling are established into place.
Establish all necessary details which were not established yet.
Fill with liquid the engine cooling system, fill in engine oil in the engine, fill in working liquid in the automatic transmission (cars with the automatic transmission).
Connect a wire to a negative conclusion of the rechargeable battery.
Be convinced of lack of leak of fuel, cooling liquid, oil, working liquid of the automatic transmission (cars with the automatic transmission), and also leak of the fulfilled gases in each connection.
