2.2.16. Dismantling and assembly of a head of the block of cylindersDismantling
For ensuring convenience of service of a head of the block of cylinders, remove an inlet collector, fuel nozzles and a final collector from a head of the block of cylinders.
Using the special tool (the valve elevator), squeeze a valvate spring, and then remove valve 1 crackers also using the special tool (nippers) (fig. 2.106).
Remove the special tool and remove the holder of a spring and a valvate spring.
Remove the valve from the combustion chamber.

Fig. 2.107. Removal of consolidation of a core of the valve 1 from the directing plug of the valve and a saddle of a valvate spring 2
|
Remove consolidation of a core of the valve 1 from the directing valve plug, and then a saddle of a valvate spring of 2 (fig. 2.107).
NOTE
Do not reuse the removed consolidation. At assembly be convinced that new consolidation is used.
|
|
Fig. 2.108. Vypressovka of the directing valve plug from the combustion chamber towards a valvate spring
|
Using the special tool (a stripper of the directing valve plug), the valve plug sending to a vypressuyta from the combustion chamber towards a valvate spring (fig. 2.108).
NOTE
Do not reuse the removed directing valve plug. At assembly be convinced that the new directing valve plug (the increased size) is used.
|
Lay the removed details, except for consolidation of a core of the valve and a guide of the plug of the valve so that at the subsequent assembly they could be established in initial situation.
Assembly
|
Fig. 2.109. Processing of the directing plug razverky
|
Before installation of the directing valve plug in a head of the block of cylinders, process an opening for the directing plug a razverka (development on 10,5 mm) to remove teases and defects of a form of an opening (fig. 2.109).
Install the directing valve plug in a head of the block of cylinders.
Exactly heat a head of the block of cylinders at a temperature of 80-100 °C so that the head was not deformed, and press the new directing valve plug in an opening by means of the special tool.
|
Fig. 2.110. Press fitting of a new guide of the plug razverky
|
The press fitting of a new guide of the plug of the valve by means of the special tool (the device for installation of the directing valve plug) is made against the stop the special tool in a head of the block of cylinders (fig. 2.110).
After installation make sure that the directing plug of the valve acts from a head of the block of cylinders at the specified size "a".
NOTE
Do not reuse the removed directing valve plug. At assembly be convinced that the new directing valve plug (the increased size) is used.
The directing plugs of inlet and final valves are identical.
Vystupaniye of the directing plug of the valve (an admission and release) of 11,3 mm.
|
Process an opening for the directing valve plug the special tool (development on 5,5 mm). After expansion, clear an opening.
Establish a saddle of a valvate spring in a head of the block of cylinders.
Install new consolidation of a core of the valve 1 on the directing valve plug. Cover with engine oil consolidation of a core of the valve and a core of the special tool (the device for installation of the directing valve plug), put on consolidation a core, and then install consolidation on the directing plug of the valve pressing on the special tool a hand.
After installation, be convinced that consolidation is properly fixed on the directing valve plug.
NOTE
Do not reuse the removed consolidation. Make sure that you use new consolidation.
At installation never you strike blows with the hammer or the similar tool to the special tool. Establish consolidation pressing on the special tool a hand. When using for installation of a sealant of the hammer or the similar tool the sealant can be damaged.

|
Fig. 2.111. Installation of the valve in the directing plug
|
Before installation of the valve in the directing plug apply engine oil on consolidation of a core of the valve, a wall of an opening of the directing plug and a core of the valve (fig. 2.112).
Establish a valvate spring and the holder of a spring.
|
Fig. 2.113. Top and lower ends of a valvate spring: A – party of the holder of a valvate spring; B – party of a saddle of a valvate spring
|
Each valvate spring has top (with a big step 1) and the lower end (with a small step 2). Make sure that established a spring into place so that its lower end (with a small step) is turned down (towards a spring saddle) (fig. 2.113).
|
Fig. 2.114. Installation of crackers in a groove on a valve core
|
Using the special tool (the valve elevator), squeeze a valvate spring and establish two crackers of the valve 1 in a groove on a core of the valve (fig. 2.114).
NOTE
At compression of a valvate spring be careful not to damage a valve pusher opening wall.
|
Establish an inlet collector, fuel nozzles and a final collector on a head of the block of cylinders.
