1.6.28. Replacement of cooling liquid

At the cold engine remove a radiator stopper, slowly rotating it to the left against the stop. Turning a stopper, do not press it. Wait until pressure decreases, and continue to rotate a cover counterclockwise, already pressing it.

It is dangerous to open a stopper of a radiator or a stopper of a tank (at the diesel) when liquid heating because she, boiling, together with steam can escape under pressure from under a stopper. Wait until temperature goes down.

Remove a tank, having raised it, and merge completely liquid.
Weaken a splivny stopper in the bottom of a radiator and merge liquid in suitable capacity.
Install a tank back and fill it with cooling liquid to the mark FULL.
Tighten a drain stopper of a radiator.
Fill a radiator with antifreeze and close a stopper.

Let's the engine work idling 2–3 min. to get rid of air in the cooling system.
Kill the engine.
Again check liquid level in a radiator. If level went down, add cooling liquid.

During filling of the cooling system the car has to stand horizontally.
